Refund policy

All products in The Queen shop are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at cvandyke25@!yahoo.com with:

  • A photo of the item
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we are unable to cancel.

Discounted Items Items purchased with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of defects or errors.
